COVID-19 MEASURES

These are measures that have been put in place under the current guidelines. These measures are subject to change as per the government guidelines

All visitors will need to pre-book online and all details will be saved for track and trace purposes

Visitors will be asked to remain in the carpark until 5 minutes before their entry time

As well as lots of instructions that have already been included whilst booking and in a confirmation email after booking, a safety brief will be given prior to entry

Visitors will be asked to use anti bacterial gel before entering the forest

Only 4 families will be allowed to enter the forest every 20 mins

Only 4 families will be allowed in any area at any one time. We may allow slightly more in the fairground attraction area but strict 2m rules will be in place.

Only 4 families will walk around the Enchanted trail together and measures are in place to keep visitors correctly distanced whilst on the tour.

Only 1 family will visit Santa at any one time and measures are in place to maintain distancing whilst still feeling festive.

Signs will instruct visitors, that only 1 family can visit the WC facilities at any one time

Visitors are advised to bring a credit/debit card. Cash will be accepted but where possible, please pay by card.

Fairground rides and attractions will be regularly sanitised

Food seating areas will be spaced 2m apart and cleaned between use

You will be added to a mailing list and any important updates will be shared via email

There will be lots of reminders out within the forest to remind visitors of the guidelines. We as a business will put all the necessary measures in place under the current guidelines. We ask everybody to obey these rules whilst visiting Santa’s Enchanted Forest
