Please ensure you check directions and traffic before you leave your homes. The postcode provided will bring you to a turning onto Lifeboat Road. For those who do not know Shorrocks Hill, we are situated behind the closed down health club on the corner of the road. DO NOT drive up lifeboat Rd towards the beach. We do not have permission to light up outside of our premises, but a sign is situated at the entrance. As the car park is free of charge, this will not be attended. We cannot stress enough the SERIOUSNESS of being late for your tour. We only allow 20 children per tour so there will be no room to join another one. If you are late, the best outcome would be that you join your group, having missed some of your tour.
Please be courteous to other drivers. We are not responsible for any damages to cars or valuables left in the car park.
This event is in a forest. Although every effort has been taken to ensure a clear path throughout, as with any forest, hazards still exist. The area may have varying terrain, maybe slippery and have many trip hazards. There is a possibility of fallen tree debris. The path throughout will be lit. DO NOT leave any pathway throughout your visits. Always keep your children with you, please do not let them run ahead.
There are attractions and refreshments inside of the forest, ALTHOUGH NOT GURANTEED) This is an extra cost
Which can be paid for directly to the providers

Please dress yourself and your child in suitable clothing for their visit. Clothing should be weather appropriate, and footwear should not be of high value. White/sandals/flip flops are definitely not recommended (we have seen this before) Please bring an umbrella should you need it. It is better to have it and not need it, than to need it and not have it.
Your tour will be with other visitors. Santa’s Enchanted Forest is designed to be a theatrical and interactive tour and offer something different to other Santa meet and greets. Each family will meet Santa alone for a photo opportunity.
Children will receive a sweet cone from Santa. We will have vegan alternatives available on the day, please make our elves aware before entering to see Santa
Please see the relevant waiver form that can be found in this section. This must be understood and agreed by your party organiser before a booking can be made.
Please take the time to read this document and if you have any concerns make your party organiser aware.
Cancellations. Santa’s helpers are extremely busy this time of year. Please check your diaries before booking. We can not change dates/times once a booking has been confirmed. Our event will always go ahead should it rain. Sadly, we see lots of messages with various reasons to change a date when it is raining. This will not be possible! An umbrella will keep you dry throughout. Parents find your inner child and embrace splashing around in the mud, we are sure your children will embrace the experience if you do. The only time we will cancel an evening is in the event of very high winds. This decision will be made by the organisers only. If a cancellation is necessary, you will be given the option of changing your date.
In the event that we are forced to close, such as a lockdown, high winds, there will be plenty of chance to reschedule. Should this not be possible, a refund is available but will incur a £10 admin fee per booking . This is a cost we incur to book/refund payments.
Last but by no means least! We want every single person who joins us to make long lasting memories. We have put in a great amount of work making the forest as safe as possible for you and your children but, that said, it is still a forest. Please be sensible and always keep your children by your side at all times.
